Mealplan

Flame will teach you how to prepare yourself healthy vitamin rich food. The body is desgined to intake small amounts of nourishment at consistent intervals in order to maintain a healthy state. There is an upper limit to the amount of protein the body can digest at any one time in order to build and maintain muscle state and therefore each meal must contain adequate amounts of protein, carbohydrate and healthy natural fats. The meal ingredients used are designed to speed up your metabolism and use up more calories digesting than the actual calorific count of the ingredient itself.

Meal one

On a daily basis you will wake up to a meal replacement shake to start your metabolism up. Speeding up the metabolic rate is important in order to lose excess fat.

Meal two - breakfast

Breakfast would of been prepared by you the previous night, Body Taskforce have designed breakfasts which are very quick to prepare but still tick all the nutrient boxes.

Meal three - lunch

Each evening you will prepare an evening meal which will also become lunch the next day. This cuts the amount of preparation time required to get in shape and lean.

Meal four

A meal replacement shake to last you through until the evening meal. It is important not to miss out on any meals specified. At first you may feel you are eating too much or too little in some cases but this is normal. Your body requires re-training.

Meal five - evening meal

This meal will seem at times quite small for a main meal as your mind is used to eating a large evening meal. The body is learning to eat little and often at equal sizes to keep the sugar levels and metabolism at a constant rate in order to tell the mind there is always a constant store of nourishment coming in to feast on when it requires food. This will ensure your body does not feast on itself which would cause muscle loss.

Meal six - dessert

You will learn to prepare desserts which are rich in healthy fats and taste, the body will be provided with enough energy to last through the night until the next morning.
